RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you wish to change or cancel your order prior to the product(s) having been dispatched you can send us an email (info@bodhita.eu) or leave a message from the “Contact Us” section. In the event that your order has already been dispatched, please return your order once received in accordance with “Our Returns Policy” below.

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return the product(s), you have the right to return your order for a full refund within 14 working days without giving any reason. This right is subject to certain conditions as set out below:

An item can only be refunded if it has never been worn and undamaged. Bodhita EU reserves the right to refuse a refund in the event of a product received is not conform to its original condition, is worn or deteriorated. Free or promotional products sent as part of the order, if any, must be returned along with all returned products.

You return the product in suitable packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition. In order to ensure the product reaches us in good condition in accordance with these terms we recommend you use the original packaging you received the product in to return it to us. All refunds will be made to the original payment method used in maximum 10 days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In order to start the process of returns and changes to be made, you must send an e-mail to info@bodhita.eu with the order number. After your return and change request is approved, the products must be shipped to us in a way that will not be damaged. The responsibility of the products is with the customer until the package reaches us.

After your product reaches our return address, it is inspected by our team and after your return or exchange is approved, your refund will be made to the  original payment method used in maximum 14 days.
